This website is operated by The Craft Whiskey Collective LLC ("Cask Collective," "we," "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or place an order. By placing an order you represent that you, and the recipient of any order, are 21 or older. An adult signature with valid identification is required upon delivery of all alcohol orders.

Fulfillment

All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers on the Bottle Nexus network. The checkout functionality is provided for the convenience of our customers; the licensed retailer is the seller of record for all alcohol products. The Craft Whiskey Collective LLC curates the catalog and operates the storefront.

Products, Pricing & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Prices and product information may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, and cancel any order (with a full refund) due to pricing errors, unavailability, or shipping restrictions.

Payment

Purchases made through our site will appear on your credit card statement as The Craft Whiskey Collective LLC.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We currently do not ship to AR, MS, MT, MI, or UT. All alcohol sales are final; see our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged or incorrect orders.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, purchase alcohol on behalf of anyone under 21, or purchase products for resale.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the CWC Flavor Profile system, is the property of The Craft Whiskey Collective LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Craft Whiskey Collective LLC's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
