ArteNOM Selección de 1123 Blanco Histórico is a lowland tequila produced by the Rosales family at Destilería Cascahuín (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco, bottled at 43% ABV. Before bottling it rests under 30 days in casks that previously held Oaxacan mezcal, keeping its blanco designation while picking up a faint straw hue and a wisp of smoke over the earthy, peppery valley-agave character.

What reviewers say

"The palate unfolds with warm buttery notes, cinnamon, anise, pepper, and a wisp of smoke."
