El Dorado 12 Year is a blended Demerara rum from Demerara Distillers in Guyana, drawing on the wooden Enmore Coffey still, the metal Diamond Coffey still, and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still. Aged a minimum of 12 years in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV, it sits in classic dark-Demerara territory: toffee, raisin, citrus peel, and oak spice.
