G4 Blanco 108 Proof 750ml

G4 Blanco 108 is the high-proof version of Destileria El Pandillo's unaged blanco, bottled at 54% ABV. Fourth-generation distiller Felipe Camarena cooks estate-grown highland agave in stone ovens, crushes it with a mechanical tahona, ferments with a blend of rainwater and spring water, and double distills in copper pot stills. The extra proof concentrates cooked agave, lime, minerality, and black pepper.
