G4 Blanco 80 Proof 750ml

G4 Blanco is the flagship unaged tequila from Felipe Camarena's Destileria El Pandillo (NOM 1579) in the Jalisco highlands, bottled at 80 proof. Stone-oven-cooked estate agave is crushed on a mechanical tahona, fermented with a half-and-half blend of rainwater and spring water, and double distilled in copper pot stills. The profile is agave-forward and bright, with earth, herbs, citrus, and black pepper.
