G4 Reposado 750ml

G4 Reposado comes from Felipe Camarena's Destileria El Pandillo (NOM 1579) in Jesus Maria, in the Jalisco highlands. Estate agave is cooked in stone ovens, crushed on a tahona, fermented with rainwater and spring water, and double distilled, then rested about six months in used whiskey barrels. The barrel stays light-handed: caramel, vanilla, and soft oak over cooked agave and a grassy edge.
