RyeLaw is a Fife single grain Scotch whisky from InchDairnie Distillery, made from a mash of 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley and matured in charred virgin American oak. It is bottled at 46.3% ABV, non chill-filtered and at natural colour. The character sits between bourbon, rye, and single malt, with peppery rye spice over vanilla, orange zest, and cereal sweetness.
