LALO Blanco is an additive-free highland tequila founded by Eduardo "Lalo" González, grandson of Don Julio González. Fully mature agave is steam-cooked in brick ovens, fermented with champagne yeast, and distilled twice at NOM 1468 in Jalisco, then bottled unaged at 40% ABV. The profile centres on cooked agave, citrus, and green herbal freshness.
