Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin is made by Black Forest Distillers in Loßburg, Germany, from 47 botanicals, more than a third of them sourced from the Black Forest itself. Bottled at 47% ABV, it sets juniper and citrus against lavender, spruce, lingonberries, and six varieties of pepper. The result is a densely layered, herbal-forward gin.
