St. George Dry Rye 750ml

St. George Dry Rye is a gin distilled from a base of 100% pot-distilled malted rye at St. George Spirits in Alameda, California. Its botanical bill is short and juniper-heavy, rounded out by black pepper, caraway, coriander, grapefruit, and lime, and it is bottled at 45% ABV. The rye base gives it grain weight and spice closer to a genever than a London dry.
