Tequila Ocho Plata 750ml

Tequila Ocho Plata is an unaged, single-estate blanco from Carlos Camarena and the late Tomas Estes, made from fully mature highland agave slow-cooked in brick ovens, fermented with native yeast in wooden vats, and distilled in copper pot stills in Arandas, Jalisco. Each release is a vintage from a single field, bottled additive-free at 40% ABV, and the brand is widely credited with bringing the idea of terroir to tequila.
