Vago Mexicano Joel Barriga 750ml

Mezcal Vago Mexicano is an artisanal Oaxacan mezcal made from Mexicano agave (Agave rhodacantha). This bottling is produced by third-generation mezcalero Joel Barriga in Tapanala, in the Sierra Sur, where the agave is roasted in an earthen oven, crushed by tahona, wild-fermented in wooden tanks and double distilled in copper pot stills. Bottling strength varies by batch and is stated on each label.
