Westland Solum 2nd Edition 700ml

Solum 2nd Edition is Westland Distillery's peated American single malt, made with Washington-grown barley malted over peat cut from a bog south of Seattle. It is aged a minimum of 48 months in new American oak and first-fill ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 100 proof, with 5,212 bottles released in early 2024. The peat character reads earthy and herbal rather than medicinal or coastal.
