A peated Texas single malt from Andalusia Whiskey Co. in Blanco, made from 100% peat-smoked malted barley and aged in revived, previously retired bourbon barrels: the "dead" oak behind the Revenant name. Bottled at 100 proof, it lands somewhere between American malt and lightly smoky coastal Scotch in character.
