An Irish-style Texas single malt from Andalusia Whiskey Co. in Blanco, distilled three times from 100% malted barley and aged in charred American oak. Bottled at 100 proof, it is the distillery's un-smoked, lighter expression, closer in temperament to a triple-distilled Irish malt than to most American single malts.
What reviewers say
"This is a pleasant, easy sipper, especially with a bit of water to soften the heat and amplify the sweetness." The Whiskey Wash
