Mossburn Teaninich 750ml

This is a 10-year-old Highland single malt distilled at Teaninich in 2007 and released by independent bottler Mossburn Distillers as Vintage Casks No. 4. Matured in refill sherry butts and bottled at cask strength, 59.1% ABV, it carries the clean, grassy, cereal-forward character Teaninich is known for; the distillery uses a mash filter rather than a traditional mash tun, yielding an unusually clear wort.
