Green Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey produced at Midleton Distillery for Dublin wine merchant Mitchell & Son. A blend of 7- to 10-year-old whiskeys made from malted and unmalted barley, it matures in first-fill and refill bourbon casks along with sherry casks. The profile centers on orchard fruit, honey, and the peppery spice that defines the pot still style. Bottled at 40% ABV.
