A peated blended malt Scotch whisky from London blending house Compass Box, built mainly on Caol Ila and Laphroaig matured in refill hogsheads with a small portion of Highland malt aged in heavily toasted French oak. Smoke arrives with restraint rather than force, carried by coastal salinity and orchard and tropical fruit. Bottled at 46% ABV with natural colour and no chill filtration.
