Highland Park Single Cask Texas Edition No. 2 is an Orkney single malt Scotch bottled exclusively for the Texas market. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022 from a single cask at natural cask strength, the release was limited to 537 bottles. It pairs Highland Park's heather honey and orchard fruit with gentle aromatic peat smoke and a peppery, maritime edge.
