Machir Bay is the flagship single malt from Kilchoman, the farm distillery on Islay's west coast. It is a vatting of ex-bourbon barrels with a smaller share of oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colour. Citrus and vanilla ride over ashy coastal peat smoke.
