Mossburn Island is a blended malt Scotch whisky from independent bottler Mossburn Distillers, combining single malts from the Scottish islands. The blend is finished in casks fitted with heavily charred European oak heads and first-fill bourbon staves, then bottled at 46% ABV. Soft peat smoke and brine sit alongside honeycomb, barley, and pear.
