Talisker Tidal Churn 2024 8 year 750ml

Talisker Tidal Churn is an 8 year old single malt from the Isle of Skye, released as part of Diageo's 2024 Special Releases and bottled at a cask strength 58.7% ABV. Its casks were rotated with stones and water to polish away the char, then lightly re-toasted, drawing fresh vanilla and orchard fruit out from under the distillery's coastal peat. The profile stays recognizably Talisker: brine, black pepper, and smoke around a sweet malty core.
