Torabhaig Allt Gleann is a heavily peated single malt from Torabhaig, the second distillery ever built on the Isle of Skye, and forms the second chapter of its Legacy Series. Distilled from malt peated to around 77 ppm (about 17 ppm phenols in the finished whisky), it is matured in first-fill bourbon and refill casks and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added color. The character pairs earthy peat smoke with coastal salinity, citrus and orchard fruit.
