Barrell Seagrass 750ml

This is easily my favorite finished whiskey. It is rye finished in three different cask types and then blended in a way that actually makes sense. You get rye spice, apricot, guava, apple, brown sugar, and red fruit, but it never feels like the finishes are covering up the whiskey. It drinks almost like a cocktail in a glass, but the rye still holds the whole thing together.
