Bere Barley 2012 is part of Bruichladdich's barley-provenance series, distilled from bere, an ancient six-row barley grown on Orkney, and matured for ten years before bottling at 50% ABV in 2022. Unpeated and free of chill filtration and added color, it centers on malt, stone fruit, and stony minerality.
