Part of Diageo's 2024 Special Releases, Ambrosial Feast is an unusual Caol Ila: distilled from unpeated malt and matured for 11 years in refill, rejuvenated, and ex-wine casks of American and European oak. It is bottled at a cask strength of 57.3% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural color, trading the Islay distillery's trademark smoke for wine-cask fruit, nuts, and oak spice.
