Clonakilty Garrison Brothers Finish is a 7-year-old Irish single malt matured in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for around seven months in casks that previously held Garrison Brothers Balmorhea Texas bourbon. A one-time collaboration between the West Cork distillery and the Texas bourbon maker, it is bottled at 117.6 proof and picks up dark chocolate, caramel and toasted oak from the bourbon wood.
