Green Spot Quails' Gate is a single pot still Irish whiskey from Midleton Distillery, finished for 16 months in Pinot Noir casks from Quails' Gate winery in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Part of the Wine Geese series celebrating Irish winemaking families abroad, it begins as a blend of 7- to 10-year-old pot still whiskeys matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. The wine finish adds cherry and raspberry to the brand's orchard fruit and spice. Bottled at 46% ABV.
