Mortlach 12 Year Old, nicknamed The Wee Witchie after the smallest still in the distillery's 2.81-times distillation regime, is a Speyside single malt from Mortlach in Dufftown. It is matured in a mix of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 43.4% ABV. The distillery's weighty, savory spirit shows here as orchard fruit, milk chocolate, and toffee with restrained sherry spice.
