Garryana 8th Edition (8|1) is the 2023 release in Westland Distillery's annual series built around virgin Quercus garryana, a Garry oak species native to the Pacific Northwest. The vatting combines Pedro Ximénez sherry butts (45%) with virgin Garry oak (38%), Washington State red wine casks (12%) and first-fill ex-bourbon (5%), aged a minimum of four years and bottled at 100 proof. The run came to 7,380 bottles.
