Wolfburn Aurora 750ml

Aurora is the sherried expression in Wolfburn's core range, distilled in Thurso at the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland. It matures in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration. The sherry influence stays on the lighter side, bringing nuts and dried fruit to a malty base.
